Phase Budget
A "Time on Phase" row may appear under the Phase, visible only when the Phase Time Tracking setting is configured to "Do Not Track Time" or "Track Time on Phase Level."
"Time on Phase" functions as a work category within the phase, allowing the status, contract type, fee, and budget to be set.
No Work Category
When "Track Time by Work Category" is selected as the Phase Time Tracking option, "No Work Category" will appear under this phase.
