Yes, it is possible to override the Rate on a Timesheet. This may be necessary in cases where a Member's Rate deviates from the norm.
By default, only Admin and Budget Manager users can override the Rate on a Timesheet.
How to override the rate on a timesheet?
Click the Reports item in the navigation menu, then click the Timesheets report.
Click the Rate on the Timesheet that is to be overridden.
Click the Override Member Rate item.
Enter the new Rate and press the Enter key.
The Rate is updated with a red triangle on the right top of the cell, indicating the Rate is overridden. The value in the Amount column will also update, reflecting the new Rate value.
