What is a Project Budget?
Mosaic’s budget is used to track costs. which can be fixed or variable based on the project scope, duration, and agreed-upon terms.
Where do I find Project Budget on Mosaic?
Click "Budget" in a project.
Here you can see an overview of project budget, then click "Edit Budget".
In this table, you can see the detailed budget amount broken down into different phases. You can also edit the amount by clicking the budget number.
